Two years ago, I had a quiet idea.

I was pushing my son Miles in the stroller, watching his eyes take in the sights and sounds, and I thought—

What if there was a children’s book that captured this?

Not just the trails and the headlamps, but the spirit of it all—the early mornings, the muddy socks, the rhythm of the run.

That idea became Little Trail Runner: Trail Tales & Restful Rhymes.

And as of today, it’s live on Kickstarter.
