I’m on a mission to put the “Personal” back into Personal Development
Shower thought🚿: Turning dreaming into doing.
Do you remember the last “bad” dream you had. Was it frightening? Do you remember where you were, what was chasing you, and how you felt?
Our dreams are like playgrounds for our subconscious. It’s where we break down problems, explore complex ideas, and confront our fears.
Sweet dreamland. Where most dreams stay.
In the “Real-world” our dreams have consequences.
What happens when you start dreaming while awake?
When you create a vision for yourself, and announce it to the world?
In my experience, you’ll confront three types of people —
Those who will dismiss you.
Those who will cheer you on.
Those who will hold you to action.
Dreams don’t get to live in this world rent-free.
They compete in a sea of dreams.
Once you announce your purpose, you’re inviting these three people into your life. This is the “consequence” of taking the very first step on your vision — declaring it to the world.
To turn dreaming into doing, attract the third type of person.
To make your dreams a reality you have to follow basic rules of physics. Nothing moves without action. Action moves the universe. Action gets you closer to whatever it is you want.
(Yes, we know this)
Action is also like a magnet.
It pulls people into your gravitational force.
It attracts others doers.
It clings you to your vision.
Your next step —
If you have a dream announce it.
If it’s known, do something today that gets you further towards your vision.
Then the next day.
And the next day.
Do this for 30 days in a row and watch who and what you attract along the way.
THANK YOU for making it to the end!

I love your take on day-dreaming!!! So true - You don't want to be just a "Dreamer" with nothing to show for the time spent dreaming :)
